I just posted 15 photo's in a new album which I titled "SURVEYING EDUCATION IN THE OLD DAYS".
Surveying history is one on of my favorite avocations...I have compiled hundreds of newspaper articles related to surveying and the ads in the album area few of them.
They are all before 1800, very interesting and instructive. Hope you will "read" them.
