As you saw in the title I need to know what are types of maps used in Urbanization ?
As far as I know one of them is Land Use Map ,and I'm looking for others.

Landuse changes
sprawl maps
census maps
country-level urbanization projections
to name a few....you should be more specific...this list can go on forever
