It appears that a number of TxDOT CORS sites do not have data available through NGS since last Thursday. An email reply from Giovanni Sella (NGS) said they are getting files with corrupt data and are working with TxDOT and Trimble to resolve the problem.
If this is state wide, OPUS solutions will not be available for most of Texas until this is fixed. Rinex files can still be downloaded from the TxDOT website, but use with the understanding that you may have problems with some baselines.
