Dear Mr. Haque,
Depending upon the precision you wish to achieve, the use of an R10 can be very simple. Knowing you are getting the precision desired takes a bit of experience. Depending upon the methods used, GNSS can deliver from a few centimetres to (with very careful work) less than a centimetre horizontally. Much will depend upon preparation, environment, and technique.
You mention an international boundary. This often raises the stakes. What are the requirements from the two governments?
Are you seeking on-site training? In my experience, having an instructor nearby to field idiosyncratic questions and clear them up ono-the-spot is ideal. There are, of course manuals and some web based stuff available.
