Land Surveyor

The type initializer for
'Trimble.Vce.Data.RawData.PrismTypeTypeDescriptor' threw an
exception.

After some maintenance on my computer, I downloaded and installed the latest version of TBC (4.10).

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. All looks good with the process but when I try to state TBC I get the above notice and nothing after that.

I have a couple of big projects that need to be processed. Any recommendations?

    Never Mind.

I gave up and uninstalled TBC once again and also deleted practically everything "Trimble" then reinstalled TBC.

It works now. The rest will have to be installed again later.

Yes, this has been my experience also, which is why I started using a Virtual Machine (like virtual box) to run TBC.  As soon as it starts acting up, I roll back to a clean state which only takes seconds instead of hours troubleshooting, uninstalling and reinstalling.
