RASTER CALIBRATION

Hi everyone!

I've struggled with raster calibration for a long time now and I'm curious what kind of software do you use to do it in your countries? I tried AutoCAD, Microstation and ArcGIS and to be honest I didn't fell in love with any of these programs. Maybe you know some trics how to make it easier?

Also, in Poland, where I'm from, we have to calibrate a lot of raster maps because there aren't a lot digital maps yet. How about your countries? Do you have to calibrate a lot or are there mostly digital maps already?
