Sarfraz,
My name is Jeff Doughty. I work for AGS GPS in Damon, TX, just outside of Houston. We sell the equipment that you are looking for. We have used systems available also that have the same warranty as new. Let me know if you would like some information.
Thank you,
JD
But if you arent plan if to survey áreas with no traes its ok.

I purchased a JAVAD Triumph-LS Rover/Base Station, Triumph-2 Base Station and a 4watt UHF Radio.
This system runs circle around any other GPS System on the market and the support is second to none!

Dear Mr. Ahmed
The R8 is a fine instrument and can perform as well as most is practically all situations.
If the price is right it will be a good tool in your arsenal.
Addenda:
When affordable it is always better to have two receivers and radio connection between them than just one.
One is OK if there is an quality real-time (VRS) or post-processing (CORS) service in your work areas.
It takes two GNSS receivers to determine a high-precision (CM) baseline between them. The VRS or CORS can act as that second receiver..
Even with a good service nearby, a second receiver allows one to check the quality of the results provided by the service - something a single receiver cannot do well.
Good luck - I hope this bit of advice proves helpfule.
