Land Surveyor

Apparently windows 10 has automatically updated again and no longer recognizes my Carlson Surveyor Plus Collector, prior to this update I was connecting using a USB and windows mobile device through Carlson Survey and it worked flawless. windows mobile device no longer works with this new update, I have tried Windows new version called "Sync" with no luck. its not recognized in device manager so I cant update the drivers. anyone else dealing with this?

    Thanks for the tips, I tried plugging in my USB flash drive direct to the Surveyor plus,went to data transfer and it gives me the option to copy job direct to the flash drive! So for now this going to work.

    Unfortunately it appears as though Carlson is having the same problem with Windows 10

    Fortunately there are a couple of things I'd suggest to try..

    First, Windows 10 allows you to run programs as earlier versions of Windows so you might try running it as and earlier version..

    You could also try to Uninstall Windows Mobile Device Center and then reinstall.
