Utility Identification

I am new to surveying and want to make flash cards for public utility Identification. I can't find images with labels to make flashcards. Does anyone know of a comprehensive list of above ground utility boxes and pipes? Obviously the underground stuff is identified by a different crew but if there is a pipe or an electric box I want to be able to recognize exactly what it is. I live in the US Virginia. It would help me so that I can write codes quicker and anticipate what crew chiefs will need from me. Mostly the water utilities throw me off because there are lots of things in rural areas I have never seen. Thanks!
