I'm using trimble goematics office (TGO), this 3 days I noticed that TGO can no longer process baselines from trimble receivers (R8 and R6), the import of Dat files is done as usual, but when I start baselines processing I got an error message 101 and the processing is cancelled, I tried in different machines, the same problem, I asked many colleagues here in morocco using trimble TGO, they got the same problem, when  converting the same dat file  Rinex and processing baselines in another software (eg Leica Skipro), the baselines are solved. my question is did someone in another part of the world noticed that, is there any solution?? I'm using the last version of TGO 1.63.

thank u

  • TGO Users,

After being flooded with emails and phone calls, below is a message from Trimble.

At this point in time, all GPS data collected from September 14th, 2011 to the present will not process in TGO. It should be noted that TBC will process this same data without any problems.

To assist TGO users who need to process GPS data, Trimble is providing temporary licenses for Trimble Business Center (TBC) that can be downloaded via the internet and run without a dongle.

If you wish to get a temporary TBC license, please send me your name and email.

At this time, this is all the information I have on the situation.

    Thanks,
