TSC2 Survey Controller/ Construction version difference

I have not been able to get an answer to this from my local Trimble dealer.  Do we as Surveyors using TSC2 with Surveyor Controller have the ability to upload a CAD file and stake objects such as pipelines, mh and centerlines ect. just like the Construction Contractors are doing with their Construction Software version.  The Contractors are virtually running the same equipment we are just a different name and software.  It seems as though they have better ability to stake than we do.  Just trying to make my life easier with less point numbers.  Thanks.
