  gotcha...i'll keep digging and see if there's something more i can find...i'll also ask my father if he has the physical manual and if all else fails ill scan it and embed for you

  here is some helpful info..don't know if it will get you exactly where you're going, but its worth a try:

  v1.39 - TRIMMARK IIe, Firmware (English)(tmiie139.exe - 977 KB)

  • CommSet version 1.18 and firmware version 1.39 for use with TRIMMARK IIe Base/Repeater
  • Provides Morse Code Station ID support for the TRIMMARK IIe Base/Repeater
  • Cannot be used with TRIMMARK II Base/Repeater or TRIMMARK Rover
  • Once you have the file on your hard drive, execute it from Windows Explorer to unzip the files. Read the Readme.txt file for further information on setting up CommSet and loading the firmware to your TRIMMARK IIe Base/Repeater radio modem
