We are committed to allowing freedom of expression for all of our members, and that includes maintaining a safe space for people with opposing views to express themselves. We get posts from all over the country and even the globe, so needless to say, people come with different viewpoints on lad surveying practices and processes. We see this diversity and variety as a real strength-- dialogue and debate are an integral part of the educational process, as well as an important tool in exploring different sides of complex issues.

i'm sure someone will jump on here soon and give you some good advice, but you can also run a search on the network for many discussions and examples of Robotic Total Stations... welcome to the network!
My question would be what software are you already use to? also what instruments are you use to? Then are you looking for a new robot or a used one? a budget would be helpful in order to narrow than down. Or consider a new one with lease options?
Personally I like the SRX by Sokkia.
But being familiar with the software, helps a lot, then all you have to get use to is running it from the pole instead of being behind the gun.
But if you have already decided that you are leaning towards a model, or set a budget to spend, can narrow down the decision. If your looking at new, then i can help with payment options, and pretty much any brand your looking for.
