There are a lot of nigthmares but one of them could be when you are making a long traverse with elevations in the forest and after hours of work you forgot to annotate the (HI) of the instrument in some of the control points. That is somthing very frustrating but it has solution with another agony hours of office work of dig in where was the mistake and make manual reverse surveying computations to correct the problem. I think the computers could not do that for us. Thanks to god that gave us a brain.

When surveying a parcel of ground, the starting point for the survey is remote from the actual piece of ground being surveyed. This monument may be a specific point with latitude and longitude coordinates, an "X" carved into the top of the land. Where Fayetteville land surveyorsĀ we can help you avoid many costly mistakes that can come when you donā€™t check exactly where your land starts or end.
