I received a notice from a GPS manufacturer and tells that a positive leap second will be introduced June 30, 2015 at 23:59:60 UTC. GNSS positioning is expected to be impacted by this leap second insertion due to the GLONASS constellation.
My question is will it affect all types and brands of GPS receivers using GLONASS?
I am using 2 types of GPS, RTK and Differential, with two different brands and only 1 brand just sent notice and firmware update to reduce risk of positioning error.
