I remember when i was climbing the ladder in my Surveying career, and heard my boss and the party chief talking about taking there new or used equipment to a calibration baseline to check there new or old equipment. I wasn't experienced enough so i usually got to stay behind and make copies or something...

 

this frustrated me, because i cared about the condition the equipment was in, and i wanted favorable results everytime...

 

i tried engaging in conversation afterwords to learn as much as i could, and really never got it..

 

I thought i would post this document i found, for others to refer too, if its been a long time and they forgot, or just want to learn! very informative
