Where are you surveying?

Hello,

Apologies for my first post being so, well, dull if I am honest but I am neck deep writing a business plan for my new, very small little old land surveying company in the UK.

The majority of it has been fine, but I am now looking into the "Standards & legislation relating to the Land surveying industry"

I've been to the library to try to find an industry profile on the cobra website... nothing And after hours of googling I think I am ready to just cry really.

Is there no logical place where a gal can just go in and search for specific legislations in the UK that relate to our industry? Or, is this going to be like when trying to tell your occupation to a car insurance salesperson who then looks blankly at you and ask's - "so your a chartered surveyor then?" NO, I AM NOT!

If anyone can guide me to a place that google hasn't already confused me with I would very much appreciate it!

Kindest regards

Hx
