-roads construction
to use all of them in one project

I would look for an area in your region that has the potential to be developed for one reason or another. Say for mining or mineral exploration. Then compile GIS information that was gathered through use of remote sensing. Pull the land records for this area and then develop plans for a roadway to support the exploitation of those resources.
