FreeCOGO Quadrant - Software Evaluation

FreeCOGO Quadrant is a free co-ordinate geometry program targeting student surveyors and civil engineers.

This version features quadrant bearing input and output.

Angles and bearings are input in D.mmss format.

Bearings are input prefixed by a quadrant code (1 NE, 2 SE, 3 SW, 4 NW).

    This looks like a great program.  I am having trouble with turning angles.  Everything I've seen suggests a bearing for direction.  How do you turn an angle from setup point and backsight point?  Essentually, what are the codes for turning stakeout angles?

    FreeCOGO Quadrant now inputs, outputs and displays Northings before Eastings.
