I need some comments from you....
Just I'm running a level line from a known
bench mark to another known bench mark,by touching
few temporary bench marks to check their values.
Using fly-back method, then I'm getting two distinct
values for each temporary bench mark
1. what would I take as the TBM value, mean?
2. any other comment?

If the two values ara within allowable error of the type of level line,
You can take the mean,is your closing is ok you should get one value for TBMM,
Or else if the closing is not 00 destribute the error and see.
