FEMA Elevation Certificate

Has anyone experienced difficulty in filling out the Elevation Certificate on line and find that FEMA tells you that to just fill it out by hand and that it is not there department that updates the Certificate?

We couldnt wait on the dummys and took the time to create our own.  I would be willing to share it with anyone for only $19.95 It can be saved and used over and over. Contact [email protected]

    • hey GUYS DOESN'T ANYONE SEE WHAT'S HEADING AT US.  The real estate settlement industry is about to go all digital a real point click process.  & if the LTS land title surveys become the issue the big guys will just insure over them.  Oh sure you say but in No. Va. because loan losses due the survey issues were so rare that the big guys decided to offer an "enhanced policy" at cost the homeowner more than we charged for a real survey BUT the big guys got the money. More on this later.

I invented & got a patent on an all digital LTS that uses a digital image think "VARgis image" ooops I mean the image guys "Google Earth" that put VARgis "one of my companies" out of business. My sons & I have produced over 50,000 LTS including our all digital image surveys I have titled Satellite Surveys. Including a 1 sq. mile survey in Palm Springs Calf. We collected all the site data in 30 minutes.  It would have taken a bus load of you guys a month to even get close to the level of data we collected.  So what?? Well now, I can show any one interested in saving this part of our profession how to do it.
