Legislation on Surveying and Geomatics/GeoSpatial disciplines hasn't been able to keep up with the rapid growth in the above mentioned fields, the extensive use of technology in the disciplines has left an undefined set of users and practitioners which are hard to distinguish by the average service seeker.
I am hoping to get legislation from different parts of the world and see how they have been able to deal with the Certification issue.
Please send the links or documents of such legislation.
