    Bridge work is easy
All bridges are mainly divided in to
    Pile
    Pile cap
    Piers
    Bearing or anchor bar
    Precast deck

Be careful in alignment of bearing plate or anchor bar because this is the place were deck will come and rest.....

At the beginning try to understand the pile lay out of the bridge

First of all, welcome to the community.  We are glad you are with us.  Unfortunately in my experience, this type of question is really difficult to answer without many more specifics.  However, i will attach a couple of presentations I have read along the way.  There are also 22 videos currently in the library for surveying bridges.   Take this one for example:

Hopefully this will help until someone comes along with some time on their hands to answer you.  Good luck!
