I managed to dig up a getting started guide if this helps... not sure that there is a combined manual per se... hope this helps!
This Tutorial shows you all the tools inside ReCap for editing and preparing your laser scanned data.
After documenting real world conditions using laser technology, import the source scans into ReCap software to easily index, segment, clean, prepare your point cloud to use in your design.
