Hi guys,
I am using a fixed-wing drone to get aerial images for a long route (50km) I use GPS PPK to process the precise locations of each image for precise geotagging, I am using DroneDeploy to get the DTM but the problem is that DroneDeploy is giving the DTM in Geographic system and ellipsoidal heights and I have to give the DTM in MSL heights using local geoid file. any idea how to solve this?

Go to the National Geodetic Survey and there they have a coordinate convertion program that you could use free. It has the ability to give you the coordinates and elevation in the way you want it. You have first to know the way the program works and then it will give you the elevations the way you want them. You must take the first control point and give it the geographical and elevations coordinates equivalent to the state plane system local geoid file, then run all your points in that system. Take that file and change it with the NGS program to the coordinate system that you want. The Note pad program in the windows environment makes good comma delimited files that any program could read it.
