Inviting Your Crewmates to the Network
LSU is All About SharingIt is now possible to create Company Based Groups on LSU and this could mean HUGE boost in productivity for your company! All you have to do is create an official group for your company, upload an official logo and link to your existing website, then invite your fellow workers to that group. For those of you who have a company but no website, this is the perfect way to put your small business on the map! LSU is about productivity and using the web to accomplish tasks in the field. Creating a group for your company will allow fellow workers to make announcements from the field from any cellphone or mobile device, share documents and information for FREE and announce to other members interesting projects that you are working on. You can create your own company based discussions and keep track of important industry news which effects you specifically.
Finally, A Way to Submit Network Feedback for Fast ResultsI'm pretty sure all of you know what the new Facebook "Like" button does. You can now find it throughout the network and most importantly, on the front page. The next time you sign in, please take a half of a second to press the "Like" button and show your friends what a dedicated land surveyor you are. It will do wonders for the network and for other surveyors who haven't had a chance to experience social networking with other professionals in the industry.
