An enthusiastic young man approached me and asked rather loudly, "is that a gun??"

This is some info I found out about using a Topcon Hiper V with Survey Pro field software, there is a driver in the Survey Pro software to use the Hiper V however it will not initialize to RTK with out first obtaining a OAF from Topcon for the receiver at a cost of 773.00 Canadian per receiver, I am posting this because It took a while to find out why they would not connect and feel it may help someone else
