It has been an exciting week for Land Surveyors United! We welcomed our 3500th member and there are literally DROVES of new an exciting faces on the network to learn something new from. Be sure to stop in and make some new friends over the weekend.

 

Land Surveyors University

We have been working day and night on getting Land Surveyors University up to speed, revising the Levels and Missions and hope you will take the time to begin your journey to Level Ten. Take a look at this complete breakdown of all ten levels and missions. Remember that this is the first learning experiment of its kind. YOU are the teacher. Everyoneis a student. Let's learn about how land surveying is done in all parts of the world. Each mission should not take a lot of your time and the prizes for the top levels will be worth your time and energy. Introduction to Surveyor's Mobile Rover

It was high time that we released a complete introduction to the network's mobile rover, which works on all mobile devices and phones. In this easy to follow infographic, we explain the various new features on the mobile rover and how to use it to do things like upload photos from the field and how to manage groups on the go.

After studying this quick guide, you should be able to manage all of your networking and social media tasks from anywhere, using your mobile phone or tablet.

 

Guide to Member Categories and Badges

Over the past week, we have been tightening up the categorical aspects of our member directory. After many inquiries from members regarding the differences between different member badge types, we rolled out this Guide to Member Categories and Badges. In this guide you can learn the differences between badge types and how to change yours if you so wish.
