Monday June17th is North American & Caribbean Land Surveyors Day: 2nd Day of International Surveyors Week 2019

Were off to a great start!  Today (Sunday) has been Africa Land Surveyors Day and the start of International Surveyors Week is off to a decent start. We've had some great photos and content shared today however I realized today that we need to recruit more translators for the site. If you are based in Africa, you still have time to submit your photos and stories to Africa Local Chapters.

Monday is an entirely different story as the primary language of the site is English and our community is 53% land surveyors in North America!  North American Land Surveyors today is your time to shine.   Use the Map Page to introduce yourself locally inside the forum for your location- share photos and videos to your Local Hubs in State Hubs for USA, Caribbean Island Hubs, Canadian and Mexican Land Surveyors hubs.   Let's inspire the next generation with a showcase of our similarities and differences shared in surveying.

Hopefully you have already added the ISW2019 App shortcut to your phone homescreen for quick sharing from the field and have already followed your Local Chapter Hub.   Tomorrow (Monday June 17th) - The entire day is dedicated to North America and Caribbean Island Land Surveyors!  See all the days of the week here

For those just learning about #ISW2019, our primary objective is to bring the community together by sharing perspectives on Land Surveying locally and globally.  We hope to inspire future generations to persue land surveying by sharing photos and videos of survey life in different areas of the world and we ultimately hope to build public awareness regarding the important role land surveyors play in society and civilization.  But we cannot do this without you.

If you are a Land Surveyor in North America

Find and Follow Your North American Surveyors Hub to Participate

Via the ISW App: https://isw2019.glideapp.io
