Thoughts
CEASER which stands for "Civil Engineering And Surveying Earthworks Routines" is a mobile Construction Surveying program that was developed in South Africa. It can be used on any Project that can be defined by Geometric Parameters, Coordinates, Terraces, Strings, etc. It can also interface to the most common type of Digital Levels, Total Stations, GPS or it can run onboard Total Stations that have Windows CE on.
The program is being used throughout Africa on Construction sites and Mines for the last 15 years.
