I work in Rural Areas and Energy Unit, ELY Centre for North Savo, Kuopio FINLAND.

I'm working on EU affairs, mainly land parcel registration, and the areas of grants based on the control. Currently, I work vice-head of the inspection department unit with a staff of 12-20 employees. I'm working on EU affairs since 1995, when Finland joined the European Union.

In my working area (Pohjois-Savo) we have about 4500 farmer and last 2 year farmers will receive about 130 000 000€ European Union financial aid per year. We check every year by 5% of the beneficiaries.

We use exsample Trimble Geo XH devices to surveying those fields.
