The Transit of Venus 2012 Australia Project won two Queensland Region Surveying and Spatial Science Excellence Awards:
Award for Service to the Spatial Community and Award for Community Contribution. The project automatically advanced to the Australian National Awards next year.

Congratulations, that sounds really interesting. I read this book awhile ago but it amazed me thinking about how they did what they did. Its a good read.
