Here is a storyĀ I was reading this morning. Apparently this dispute had been simmering for years and one of the parties finally hired a Land Surveyor. Unfortunately one of the parties apparently was unhappy with the results and rather than hire their own surveyor to check it out they took matters into their own hands.
