Plat without Bearings or Distance any suggestions.
Has anyone had to deal with such a plat?
I’ve been employed to perform a boundary and improvement survey on Lot 6, client requires survey to pull a septic permit. Our Survey also includes ‘Garage Site M’ which falls at the southeast corner of Lot 30.

Pull all the adjoining deeds and see if anything has dimensions. Check the assessment acreage as a rough guideline, then survey all the occupation. If you there’s any chance of older residents who have been around a long time, you can try for parole evidence. That’s going to be a rough one.
