I have a tm-1A and really enjoy it
i think it's nicer than the wild t2
i think I have the manual somehwere
Yes, forty years ago when they were one of the better combinations to use until HP & Wild came out with the first "Total Stations". IMHO ... get on the "For Sale or Trade" portion of this website and get the right equipment for the job because even if you get both of the above calibrated I doubt you could get 2nd order results from this old equipment which should be donated to a muesem. You've oblivously got some batteries for the Red2L but you're going to need a bracket to place it on the theodolite or use a "puck" in the tribrach. Either way you're using 1980's technology in the field and office as you'll either have to hand write fieldnotes in a book or hand enter the data in a eletronic data collector.
