      That looks like a commercial application from Leica.  I see it for about $275 online.  I doubt it would be wise to post that in a forum like this.  Maybe check bittorrent type stuff and take your chances if you're trying to get it for free, though (not that I condone that activity...).

    I use a Leica TCA1100+ which came with a CD of their basic Leica processing tools on it.  Leica Survey Office may or may not be what you need, but I posted the English version of the  here
