Kansas Riparian Rights

I'm getting info together to take the Kansas state specific and I can't seem to find much info on riparian rights. The only study info I can seem to find is the Minimum Standards, Statutes and Rules and Regulation. Is there any good study material out there for Kansas surveyors? Is there a list of court case that are broke down by survey specific areas?

Any help would be great.
