    Seeing traffic above & below each other does present a new idea of mass vehicle movement on bridges and super-highways, but you must be careful that you don't create new bottlenecks from this design. Ex. On each ends of your bridge presents a sudden reduction of speed. Maybe, design a butterfly desent on all four corners exits, & keep through traffic maintaining speed to a main city intersection or possibly going forward to an Airport miles ahead....
    The trick is how to move many vehicles, safely & efficiently & control them effectively. Draw your ideas...make them work...it CAN be done...just saying...
