TDS DATA LINK IS SET UP TO USE ONLY COM PORTS 1,2,OR 3.
INSTRUCTIONS SAY TO SEND SOMETHING FROM DC(HP) TO PC & THEN LINK WILL RECOGNIZE USB PORT FOR FUTURE UPLOADING OF DC. THE SENDING WORKED FROM HP TO PC, BUT NOT THE REVERSE.
