Does anyone know if there is a statute or precedent set in Texas that defines the county's right of way width if the property lines for the adjoining properties go to the CL of the road? The roads that I am referring to are county maintained roads, not under TXDOT.

Here is a link to a number of opinions by the Texas AG that may be helpful. I don't remember off hand where it mentions your specific question but I recall reading an opinion that touched on this subject about 10 year ago or so. Hope this helps.
