  • Hi Pasha, Did you get it fixed yet.   Have you look in settings under communication parameters ,? What  method  are you using  usb, flash, or blue tooth.?  Hope you got it fixed.Is the computer giving you this error or is it the gun telling you this.?  Have you ever did this transfer before .?

    • dear sir,

      thanks for your reply. but my problem is , i have taken excavation reduced levels by leica ts02 total station for prepare volume of excavated soil.

      but when i connected my total station to my laptop using flex office but data transfer unsuccessful due to the problem of my RS232 PORT is deactivated in total station.

      please some one clear my problem, how can i activate my RS232 PORT of my total station.

      • Hi Pasha,  Have you used this before or is this the first time. Leica has a online help  for TCTOOLS  .You can check in Data Manger under code list manger or transfer manger some times port settings and transfer setting  are there. I would consult Leica on line or by phone.  Are the formats compatible   and or they the same.And how do you think the port was disabled.
