PROBLEM ON NEZ COORDINATES BACKBEARING SHIFT ,IS THERE ANY PROGRAN TO COMPUTE ALL DATA IN ACTUAL BEARING?

Junior surveyor gone to site took farm topographic data unfortunately he changed all data to backbearing instead of bearing, is there any program to compute all data to actual position?
