How Log Raw data with Trimble 5800 in Survce???

Im having problem trying to log raw data in carlson survce with my trimble 5800.

I will appreciate any help.

    Check version of the SW do you use? There is a menu Log Raw GPS at the Survey tab, but I'm not sure that SurvCE can control static data collection with Trimble.
