  • This is the story,
The District cout issued a commission to do a survey under the partition act.
After informing all the parties I did the prilminary survey,I had to identify the land given in the schedule,
During that time the plaintiff produced me a plan which cannot be used for the suprimpossion (distorted )
I reported to court with the boundaries pointed out by the plaintiff, stressing that it should be superimposd with a proper plan.
Subsequently court issued another commission after one year whith an original.
I did superimposition and demarcated the boundaries of the plan.
    Ofcourse with a proper bill.
Then the plaintiffs counsel refused to pay saying that I shoud have done it with the first commissin.
Honourable district judge noticed me and ask me to submit written submission.
I have clearly given explanation an verdict given to pay my bill,
Giving explanation the scope of The commissioner,
Plaintiff appealed to the high court annd the judgement given very clearly.
Stressing that the drawing up the commission is the responsibility of the plaintiis counsel though Regitrar of the court issue the commission. It has clearly mentiond according to my written submission I have fulfilled the requirements of the Partition act and ordered to pay my bill. + Rs,10000/=
This is a very good verdict!
