Where are you surveying?

Land Surveyor

Greetings all,

First off I am not sure if I posted this in the right section, admins please feel free to move if I dropped the ball here.

I would like to know if any surveyors on here can give me their opinion, feedback and or experience with Hemisphere RTK systems. More specifically I have an opportunity to get a Hemisphere S320 RTK kit which is only about 1 year old and hardly been used. It is base, rover, xf2 data collector and Carlson software. I have attached a spec sheet for the system for reference. I am a bit out of the game with RTK and the L1L2 systems available now and I know there are many alternatives to the best and most expensive Trimble. Your feedback will be greatly appreciated.

My main purpose for obtaining an L1L2 Geodetic grade receiver is to establish my survey controls when necessary and possibly use RTK for topographic and coastal surveys.

many thanks all

Ziad
