For UK:
To confirm you qualification www.naric.co.uk (you don't need to be hire, all is posible to do online).
To work in construction area (the most jobs are in construction) you need at lest a CSCS card www.cscs.uk.com - without this you are not aloud to go in site.
After you need to find a job, search in cv-library.co.uk or reed.co.uk or in another website...
I assume you have set up an account on our International Surveying Jobs Board. If not, that is a great place to start. Also, I would set my profile status as "Seeking Employment" inside your profile settings so that you show up here where recruiters look. Good Luck!
