Land Surveyor
I have just carried out a job with CHC X20 RTK Single Frequency, but unable to perform underlisted with the CHC Compass Post-Processing Software. I ma using it for the first time, therefore:I can't download raw field data.I can't import.I can't carry out adjustmetI can't process raw field data.Please I need a guide on how to go about it, I need an assistance from members of this great forum.

    Many thanks to Maurice Heter and Lowe Zo for taking out of their precious time in responding to my challenges, I truly appreciate.

    It wasn't bought in Jos rather it was bought to Jos.

    CHC customers support has been responding to my emails, I think we shall reached to solution.

    I am surprised that you can purchase anything like GPS equipment in Jos. Use the internet to get the latest software. Good luck.

    I bought it in Jos, Plateau State. I didn't purchased directly from a dealer, someone help me did that...

    What I requested for is a solution to the challenges I am facing currently with CHC Compass post processing software.

    I have contacted CHC customers support through email and I included the S/N and P/N numbers and it is more than 24 hours now I am yet to receive feedback from them.
