I'm trying to upgrade the SCS900 software on my ACU but it says that there's not enough memory. Any suggestions as to how I can free up around 18MB?

That's what I was going to say, cut and paste your Trimble SCS900 Data folder to free up some room. It depends how many files you carry with you, I guess. But that device looks old, and I'm not sure what its specification are, if it can even hold a more current version

Have you tried backing up and deleting all Job files, DXF's and especially your Geoid Files?
