North Carolina Professional Land Surveyor. 29 Years of experience in; Property Boundary, Construction Surveying, ALTA / NSPS Surveys, House Staking, including Plot Plans, Foundation Surveys, Final Surveys, and Physical Surveys, FEMA Mapping, Wetland Delineation Mapping, Topographic Surveys, Tree Surveys, Transmission Rights-of-Ways, Control Network Surveys, USFWS Surveys, Government contracts, Final Subdivision Platting (major and minor), As-Builts, and Traverse adjustment, Commercial, Landfill design and surveying. 40 hours cert. Hazwoper Superfund Sites. Designing Water (street and trunk mains), Storm Sewer, and Gravity Sanitary Sewer lines (plan and profiles), Project Surveyor for the oil and gas industry, GIS Technician. Skilled in field surveying utilizing; TDS, SMI, Leica, Trimble, and Carlson Survey Data Collectors. GPS experience in Static, RTK, and RTN/VRS. I am proficient at operating Topcon, Trimble, Sokkia, and Leica Robotic Total stations. Running level Loops. Software experience includes but not limited to Technical Drafting, CAD-CAM, GIS, Auto CAD 14 to Auto 2000i, 2004 to 2007 Land Development Desktop, C&G, (current) AutoDesk Civil 3D, and Carlson Survey. Information technology, and AI prompts experience. Experience in the operation of a variety of heavy equipment, and fine grading. I am proactive and have very good team building skills. Boy Scouts of America, Eagle Scout in 1996 Member of the Order of the Arrow (a part of the Boy Scouts of America) – Vigil Honor Member in 2000. Member of NCSS Mecklenburg County Chapter and North Carolina Society of Surveyors.
