We've tried everything we can to link the two with no results. Looking for a few tips to get this thing going. The controller uses Windows Mobile Version 5.0. I believe all my settings are correct but I just can't get it to connect. Any help would be great........

Stumbled across these which may help

  • Christopher,

When you say "tried everything" can you elaborate?  Without knowing what you have done, I would say, test you mifi jetpack on another device first (ie a computer) to make sure its broadcasting wireless signal.  Then go Start > Settings > Wireless Manager   At the bottom there is a soft key for MENU and go to wireless settings, then add new.  After setting up and entering password, etc, then go back in and make sure wifi is on.  Then under connections you must enter a new one, adding your partnership (with your mifi jetpack) as part of the connection, and you should be able to enter your server #,ip port, user name password etc for you connection.  email me direct [email protected] if you want to send pictures or discuss where you are stuck.
